The Blue Scarf collective was a neo-suburban artist collective in South Orange, NJ; A group of multi-disciplinary artists with the expressed purpose of bringing a new feminist voice to the WoSoMa area through shows, activism and community engagement. Sacks founded this group to illuminate the emerging art scene through her feminist lens.
